Trunks for the 'Yunk

Help us finish our beautification of a stretch of the Towpath at Fountain Street and the Canal by joining us to take part in our native tree planting. Refreshments and snacks provided as a thank you to our volunteers as well as a free exclusive new Schuylkill River t-shirt.  Additionally the Manayunk Brewery has invited all our volunteers to celebrate afterward at the Brewery with free food and drink specials!!  Don't miss this chance to help out & hang out!  This planting concludes the work of numerous clean up and invasive species management efforts that have already taken place at this location throughout this past spring and summer.  We hope to use this model to continue to beautify other stretches of the Towpath.
